Terms & Conditions — pkrwin

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrwin ("pkrwin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkrwin.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkrwin platform — including any games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account management features or support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkrwin platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the pkrwin platform by a Player.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of a Player's real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held within the Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real monetary value into an Account by a Player using an accepted payment method.
• "Eligible Player" means an individual who meets all age, identity, jurisdiction and platform requirements necessary to hold a pkrwin Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the platform.
• "Platform" means the pkrwin website, mobile interface, games lobby and associated services accessible at pkrwin.cam.
• "Real Money" means currency (denominated in PKR or other accepted currency) that holds actual monetary value and is withdrawable upon meeting applicable conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or Bonus-plus-Deposit amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of Real Money funds from a Player's Account to a verified external payment method.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pkrwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Players who are of legal age for general purposes but below the minimum gambling age in their specific jurisdiction are ineligible.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility — not pkrwin's — to verify whether accessing this platform is lawful in your location.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) Account on pkrwin. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
5. No Prior Ban: You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pkrwin or any related platform operated by the same operator.
6. Own Account: You must register and operate the Account solely in your own name and on your own behalf. Acting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pkrwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or full account access are permitted:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Source-of-funds documentation, where required by anti-money-laundering obligations

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify pkrwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. pkrwin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Players may deposit Real Money funds into their pkrwin Account using payment methods made available in the platform cashier. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to bank transfer, digital wallet options and any other methods — is subject to change and is confirmed within the cashier interface at the time of transacting.

Payment provider names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this platform for informational and contextual purposes only. Their mention does not imply endorsement of pkrwin, any guarantee of availability, or that these providers support gambling transactions. Players must verify payment availability in the cashier and review each provider's own terms of service before transacting.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• pkrwin does not accept deposits from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• All deposits are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have deposit functionality restricted.
• pkrwin is not responsible for processing fees or currency conversion costs applied by your payment provider.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money funds from their Account, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

1. KYC verification has been completed to pkrwin's satisfaction.
2. The withdrawal amount does not include bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement.
3. No active investigation, dispute or suspected breach of these Terms is pending on the Account.
4. The withdrawal is directed to a payment method verified in the Player's own name.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. pkrwin will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable administrative timeframe, but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Players in Pakistan should note that processing times may also be affected by banking and financial institution schedules.

From time to time, pkrwin may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general bonus principles apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets. These are illustrative figures — actual requirements are stated in individual offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum per-bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and table games may each have a different contribution percentage.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in the individual offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: pkrwin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation or misrepresentation is identified.

All bonus amounts referenced on the pkrwin platform — including PKR 25,000 welcome offers or other figures — are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed as current offers on the platform. Players must verify active offers in the Promotions section of their Account.

The rules governing individual games, sports betting markets and other wagering activities are set out in game-specific or market-specific rule pages accessible within the pkrwin platform. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement unless the specific game or market rules provide otherwise.
• pkrwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital casino games. Results are independently audited to ensure fairness.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In-play and live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data delays or technical reasons. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided.
• In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error or data feed failure affecting a sporting event or casino game, pkrwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• References to Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and other sports on the pkrwin platform are for contextual and informational purposes only. pkrwin has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket franchise or any professional sports organisation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrwin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account on pkrwin, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such error must be reported to support immediately.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or in breach of anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the pkrwin platform, games or software.
• Using another person's Account or payment method.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC or any other verification process.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pkrwin support staff or other players.

pkrwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform makes available a range of player protection tools, including but not limited to: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within the Account settings and are designed to take effect promptly upon activation.

Self-exclusion is available for defined periods or on a permanent basis. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be restricted from deposits, real-money gameplay and promotional participation. Players who self-exclude should not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.

pkrwin reserves the right to impose account-level restrictions — including mandatory deposit limits or cooling-off periods — where internal monitoring or player communication indicates the presence of problem gambling behaviour.

Gaming on pkrwin is intended solely as adult entertainment. It involves financial risk and is not a method of generating income, solving financial difficulty or recovering prior losses. Players are strongly advised to wager only what they can comfortably afford to lose.

All content on the pkrwin platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, design elements, text, logos, trademarks, product names and service descriptions — is the property of pkrwin or its licensed content and technology partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pkrwin.

Termination or suspension of your Account automatically revokes the licence granted under this clause.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrwin and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the pkrwin platform or any service therein.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or data loss caused by technical faults, network issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional details.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• Gambling losses resulting from your use of the Platform, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by pkrwin's negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

pkrwin collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gambling monitoring and platform improvement. The full details of our data collection practices, your rights and our data retention policies are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you have questions about how your data is handled or wish to exercise a data right (such as the right to access, correct or delete personal data), please contact us through the support channels described in Section 16.

pkrwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform — for example, via a notification displayed upon login or a banner on the homepage.

Your continued use of the pkrwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The date of last review is displayed at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrwin holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details, where confirmed, will be displayed in the platform footer or the About Us section.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes concerning its existence, validity, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
